Purchase Process

Choose Your Puppy

Make sure you have gone through the pictures and videos thoroughly enough before choosing your puppy. If you have any questions, please contact us via phone and email.

Payment Options

There are two ways of purchasing: deposit or full purchase. The deposit amount is $400 and you can reserve the puppy for up to 3 days. After you settle the remaining balance, you will complete the purchase. (Note: Deposits are non-refundable if the balance isn't paid within the 3-day period.)

Delivery Timeline

Delivery can take up to 4 to 12 weeks. (The period may be shorter or longer depending on the conditions in each country.) If you have any questions after receiving your puppy, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Important Notes:

  • Airport customs fees vary from airport to airport. We do not include this. You have to pay the customs fee yourself.
  • We limit our puppies to the countries where they can arrive safely. Because the customs laws are different for each country, please contact us and confirm before you make a purchase.
  • You can't get a refund or exchange after receiving the puppy. (If you want a refund, you must return the dog to us. You will be refunded except for the puppy's time cost and flight and medical examination expenses.)

Delivery Options

1. General Air Cargo

This is when puppies are sent to the nearest airport from the customer's area and the customer can go directly to the airport to welcome the puppy at the time of arrival.

What you are most worried about is probably whether the puppy can come safely from the cargo. Our answer is more than yes. The cargo used here is not a typical cargo bed that we think of, but a specially designed cargo space for these animals.

  • The air and temperature are controlled
  • Puppies are supplied with water from a bucket that rests on the carrier
  • Puppies are boarded with a manager who feeds them on time
  • Constant checks to ensure the animal's wellbeing
  • We work with reputable airlines we've partnered with for years

After transaction, we will schedule the flight after consultation. After the flight schedule is set, the airline will call the customer and confirm. During this confirmation process, you can ask where at the airport you can pick your dog up or ask any questions you may have.

2. Delivery with Personal Manager

This is a way to have our manager, a puppy expert, accompany your puppy and deliver it right to your door. If you would like additional safety and home delivery, you can choose this method.

  • Customer pays the manager's roundtrip airfare
  • Airfare varies by destination
  • Can deliver to any location you specify

If you choose this method, please contact us first to check the schedule and airfare. You can select 'Delivery by Manager' in the 'Delivery' section of the payment window. You will need to make an additional deposit after booking the manager's flight.

Health Guarantee

We provide one (1) year of health guarantee for the following diseases:

Distemper, Corona, Parvovirus, Genetic problems and congenital organ dysfunction.

1. About Distemper, Corona and Parvovirus

If puppy dies from any of the listed diseases above, we will replace with the same breed and same gender as you have previously paid. (We require medical certificate with certified vet bills and original unmodified photos of the puppy)

2. Genetic Problems and Congenital Organ Dysfunction

If genetic problems or congenital organ dysfunction are found, you have following choices:

  1. You can send your puppy back to us and receive another of the same breed and same sex puppy. (The cost of sending back the puppy is on your own)
  2. If the puppy dies due to any of the above diseases, we will send a new replacement puppy. (same breed, same sex and same level of quality)

Important Exclusions:

We will NOT compensate for any curable disorders or common disorders such as:

  • Luxating patella
  • Hernias
  • Open fontanel
  • Parasites
  • Blood sugar issues
  • Skin issues
  • And other similar conditions

Documentation Requirements:

When any kind of veterinarian issues occur, you must send us copies of all medical certificates that explain the cause was genetic and not due to owner negligence. (For Distemper, Corona and Parvovirus, medical certificates are also required).
